I spend a lot of time in the North West, and often go walking in the Peak District.

The name Mam Tor means ‘mother hill’.

When you are alone at the top, at 1,656 feet, one can feel a little scared if the mist starts to roll in.

But instead, one feels almost wrapped up by ‘Mam Tor’ and her ‘mini hills’, comforted by nature and the landscape.
